A certified counsellor is trained to help people create change in their lives, to deal with difficult emotions, and create meaningful personal growth.
Counselling is most effective when done within a supportive and safe environment. In my work with people, I consider you the expert in your own life, while I can help hold a mirror so you may be able to see yourself more clearly. I can offer some expertise in creating change, coping, and personal growth.
