Individual Sessions 

rates for one-hour Individual counselling sessions $180.  Rates for 75 minute couples are and family sessions are $220. I offer free initial phone or online consultations of approximately 20 minutes to ensure that you feel we can work together effectively prior to a first session. These rates are the suggested rates set by my licensing body. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, debit, or e-transfer. Receipts are issued via email. 

Benefits Coverage 

Counselling may be covered by your extended benefits, depending on the plan chosen by your provider. For insurance purposes, I am registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (#2305) and Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (#1596). Currently, counselling services are covered by some benefits packages offered by Pacific Blue Cross, Equitable Life, Greenshield, and SunLife. Each benefits coverage is different, so please check with your provider to see if they cover counseling provided by a Certified Canadian Counsellor, or counsellors who are members of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to offer direct billing.
